Eviction Protection Plan

Our rigorous screening process ensures that your property is leased to the most qualified tenants. For added protection against the costs of eviction, we offer an optional Eviction Protection Plan for a low monthly fee, providing you with financial security.

FASTrent Guarantee

We’re committed to swift results. If we are unable to approve a qualified resident within the first 14 days of marketing your property for lease, we will waive one month’s management fee upon move-in. Conditions apply.

Quality Resident Guarantee

We stand behind our screening process and guarantee your resident for the first 6 months. If a resident who meets our minimum qualifications is evicted within 180 days from the lease start date and pays less than 180 days of rent, we will waive your next leasing commission.

Pet Damage Guarantee

Recognizing the prevalence of pet owners among renters, we encourage property owners to allow pets. Our Pet Damage Guarantee offers protection against pet-related damages beyond normal wear and tear. We charge an administrative fee for approved pets and, in return, guarantee coverage for pet damage costs, up to $500 per lease.

Money Back Guarantee

Our confidence in our services is reflected in our money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied within the first 120 days of this Agreement, we will issue a refund of management fees incurred during this period.
